More Mexican snacks for the lazy sunday. Today’s will be even lazier and even rawer than the last.
This recipe is all about taste, all about the quality of produce, and most of all revolves around personal preference.
1/2 of a jalapeno chile - diced
1/4 of regular white or yellow onion - diced
about 2 1/2 tbsp cilantro/coriander - chopped
1 whole avocado
1 small tomato - diced
Place the jalapeno, onion, and cilantro/coriander into a mortar and sprinkle with some sea salt. Grind to a paste.
Then cut the avocado in half lengthwise and score each side. Remove pit and add avocado chunks to the chile/onion/cilantro paste. Stir with a spoon to incorperate and mash up the avocado a little bit. Add in the tomato, stir again and salt to taste.
